3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all Banker service rates and associated charges are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Egypt Alexandria and applicable Central Bank of Egypt interest rate adjustments.
3.2 Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon commencement of the Banker engagement, and the remaining 30% payable in equal monthly installments over the twelve-month service period. All payments shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to AFAG's designated account at National Bank of Egypt, Alexandria Branch.
3.3 The Banker assigned to this engagement shall be a licensed professional registered with the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority (EFRA) and shall operate in full compliance with all banking regulations applicable in the Alexandria governorate and the Republic of Egypt.
3.4 Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written amendment signed by both parties. The Banker shall provide a written notice at least five (5) business days prior to any out-of-scope work.
3.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by AFAG's authorized representative in Alexandria, Egypt.
3.6 All data, financial records, and client information handled by the Banker during the engagement period shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Egyptian Law No. 173 of 2018 on Personal Data Protection.
3.7 Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures in Alexandria, currency devaluation exceeding 10% in a single quarter, or regulatory changes by the CBE, shall entitle either party to renegotiate the terms of this Quotation Estimate without penalty.
