4. The Banker professional engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be bound by a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement in compliance with Ethiopian data protection and banking secrecy laws.
5. Any additional services beyond the scope defined in Section 2 shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately and accepted in writing by the client prior to commencement.
