All invoices arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be payable within 30 calendar days of the invoice date via SEPA bank transfer to the account of Deutsche Finanzdienst GmbH, IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, BIC: COBADEFFXXX, Berlin, Germany. Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate of 8 percentage points above the European Central Bank base rate, in accordance with Section 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all fees and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.

5.2 The Banker assigned under this engagement shall be a qualified professional holding a valid banking licence recognised by BaFin in Germany. The Banker shall comply with all applicable German financial regulations, including the Kreditwesengesetz (KWG) and the Geldwäschegesetz (GwG).

5.3 All services shall be performed at the client's designated office in Berlin, Germany, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any travel outside the Berlin metropolitan area shall be billed at an additional rate of EUR 85.00 per hour.

5.4 The client grants Deutsche Finanzdienst GmbH a limited licence to use the client's name and logo in professional references, subject to prior written approval.

5.5 This engagement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Berlin, Germany.

5.6 Neither party shall be liable for damages resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or systemic financial market disruptions affecting operations in Berlin, Germany.

Note: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. All figures are exclusive of any additional services not explicitly listed herein. The Banker's performance is subject to a 90-day probationary period during which either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' written notice.
