The Banker services outlined herein are designed to meet the regulatory standards set by the Bank of Ghana and to support the client’s operational, treasury, and strategic financial objectives. This document constitutes a formal Quotation Estimate and does not represent a binding contract until both parties execute the definitive Service Agreement.

The following scope defines the professional Banker services to be rendered in Ghana Accra over the agreed engagement period of twelve (12) months, commencing upon contract execution:

All amounts are quoted in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS). Exchange rate fluctuations for any foreign-currency-linked services will be adjusted at the Bank of Ghana middle rate prevailing on the date of invoice.

4.1 Validity. This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Ghana Accra.

4.2 Payment Terms. Invoices shall be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the service provider’s designated account at a licensed commercial bank in Ghana Accra. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month.

4.3 Banker Qualifications. The assigned Banker shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or a related discipline, possess a valid professional certification (e.g., CFA, ACCA, or CIB), and maintain a clean regulatory record with the Bank of Ghana. The Banker shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of GHS 5,000,000.

4.4 Confidentiality. The Banker and all supporting staff shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana. All client financial data processed in Ghana Accra shall be stored on servers located within the Republic of Ghana.

4.5 Termination. Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days’ written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall be liable for all Banker services rendered up to the effective date of termination.

4.6 Governing Law. This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2099 (Act 626).

4.7 Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government-imposed restrictions, or pandemics affecting operations in Ghana Accra.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Banker services in Ghana Accra. This signature does not constitute a final contract but serves as acceptance of the Quotation Estimate, triggering the preparation of the definitive Service Agreement.
