This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, Banker Advisory Group reserves the right to revise rates based on prevailing market conditions in India, New Delhi.
All amounts quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of professional fees. Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18% has been calculated separately as per the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and applicable state rules for Delhi.
Payment Terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the first quarter of engagement, and the remaining 30% upon successful delivery of all deliverables. Payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the designated bank account of Banker Advisory Group, New Delhi.
The services described herein are to be performed by qualified and experienced banking professionals, chartered accountants, and financial advisors registered and operating within the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India. All advisory work shall comply with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, SEBI regulations (where applicable), and the Companies Act, 2013.
Banker Advisory Group shall maintain strict confidentiality of all financial data, account details, and trade information shared by the client. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of services.
Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges as mutually agreed upon in writing.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by an authorised representative of Banker Advisory Group, New Delhi.
Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
All site visits and on-site consultations are limited to the National Capital Territory of Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR). Travel to locations outside NCR shall attract additional travel and accommodation charges at actual cost.
Banker Advisory Group is not a licensed bank or a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). The firm acts solely as an independent financial consultant and advisor. All banking transactions, account openings, and credit facilities are to be executed directly between the client and the respective scheduled commercial bank.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and financial obligations outlined herein. The engagement shall commence upon receipt of the advance payment and execution of the master service agreement by Banker Advisory Group, New Delhi, India.
