Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account of FinServ Consulting S.r.l., IBAN: IT__ ____ ____ ____ ____ ____ ____, BIC: __________, located in Milan, Italy. Invoices shall be issued monthly in arrears. A 30% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to initiate the Banker recruitment process. The remaining balance shall be settled in equal monthly installments over the twelve-month engagement period. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Italian Civil Code (Art. 1284) plus the statutory penalty rate.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
The Banker engagement is governed by Italian law, specifically the provisions of the Italian Civil Code (Codice Civile) and the Italian Banking Law (TUB — Testo Unico della Finanza, D.Lgs. 385/1993).
All services shall be rendered in the city of Italy Milan, and the Banker shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Milano for any disputes arising from this engagement.
FinServ Consulting S.r.l. reserves the right to substitute the assigned Banker with a candidate of equivalent or superior qualifications, provided prior written notice of fourteen (14) days is given to the client.

This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until countersigned by both parties. Upon signature, it becomes a binding service agreement for the duration specified.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or regulatory suspensions by Banca d'Italia, shall suspend obligations without penalty.
All intellectual property developed during the engagement in Italy Milan shall remain the property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for the Banker engagement in Italy Milan and authorizes FinServ Consulting S.r.l. to proceed with the services as described.
