- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Banker reserves the right to revise pricing to reflect changes in Myanmar's banking regulatory framework, interest rate environment, or foreign exchange volatility.
- Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be invoiced in equal monthly installments over the engagement period. Payments may be made via bank transfer to the Banker's designated account at a licensed commercial bank in Yangon.
- Regulatory Compliance: All services rendered by the Banker shall comply with the Banking Law of Myanmar (2003), the Foreign Exchange Management Law, Anti-Money Laundering Law, and all directives issued by the Central Bank of Myanmar. The client is responsible for providing all necessary documentation for KYC, AML, and tax compliance purposes.
- Confidentiality: The Banker undertakes to maintain strict confidentiality over all financial information, account details, and transaction records of the client in accordance with Myanmar banking secrecy provisions.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, banking system disruptions, or changes in Myanmar's regulatory or political environment.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Myanmar Arbitration Centre in Yangon.
- Scope Changes: Any additional services or modifications to the scope outlined in this estimate shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued in writing by the Banker and accepted by the client prior to commencement of the additional work.
