Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule, all transactions to be processed through the client's designated bank account in Nigeria Abuja:

Advance Payment (30%): NGN 32,685,000 – payable within 7 working days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
Mid-Term Payment (40%): NGN 43,580,000 – payable upon completion of the 6th month of the Banker's service in Nigeria Abuja.
Final Payment (30%): NGN 32,685,000 – payable upon successful completion of the 12-month engagement period.

All payments shall be subject to the prevailing Nigerian tax regulations, including applicable Withholding Tax (WHT) and Value Added Tax (VAT) as determined by the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) for operations in Nigeria Abuja.

5.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all costs associated with the Banker engagement in Nigeria Abuja are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions and exchange rate fluctuations.

5.2. The Banker shall be bound by a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement covering all client information, transaction data, and proprietary banking strategies specific to the Nigeria Abuja operations.

5.3. The client reserves the right to terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In such an event, a pro-rata refund of unutilized funds from this Quotation Estimate shall be processed within fourteen (14) working days.

5.5. The Banker shall comply with all anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations as enforced by the CBN and the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU) in Nigeria Abuja.
