The scope of this Quotation Estimate covers a twelve-month engagement period commencing on 1 September 2025, with the option to extend for successive twelve-month terms subject to mutual written agreement. All rates quoted herein are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 5% as mandated by the Qatar Tax Authority, unless otherwise stated.

The Banker engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and responsibilities while operating out of the Doha Financial Centre:

• Day-to-day management of corporate banking relationships with Qatari and international financial institutions operating in Doha, including QNB, Doha Bank, and international correspondent banks.
• Treasury operations including foreign exchange hedging, liquidity management, and intercompany fund transfers compliant with QCB regulations.
• Preparation and submission of all mandatory regulatory filings to the Qatar Central Bank and the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority on behalf of the client entity.
• Coordination of trade finance instruments, letters of credit, and bank guarantees for the client's import-export operations through Doha's port and airport logistics corridors.
• Monthly and quarterly financial reporting, cash-flow forecasting, and budget variance analysis tailored to the client's multi-divisional structure in Qatar.
• Liaison with the Qatar Development Bank (QDB) and the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) for any financing, grant, or incentive applications.
• Advisory support on Qatari corporate tax, customs duties, and the new Qatari Commercial Companies Law amendments as they pertain to banking and financial transactions.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Qatari Riyal (QAR) via bank transfer to the designated account of Peninsula Financial Advisory Group at a licensed commercial bank in Doha, Qatar. The payment schedule is structured as follows: an initial mobilization payment of 25% (QAR 215,092.50) due within ten (10) business days of contract execution; monthly professional fees payable in arrears by the fifth business day of the following month; and all lump-sum items (visa processing, insurance, onboarding) payable within fifteen (15) days of invoice issuance. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 1.5% per month as permitted under Qatari commercial law.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Qatar Doha.
• The Banker shall be bound by a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement in accordance with Qatari data protection regulations and QFCRA guidelines.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata settlement of all committed costs shall apply.
• The Banker shall comply with all anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) regulations enforced by the Qatar Central Bank and the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) in Doha.
• All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the rules of the Qatar International Arbitration Centre (QIAC).
