This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Financial Advisory Pte. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and the total amount stated herein are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Singapore Singapore.
- The Banker named or assigned under this engagement shall hold a valid MAS-recognised professional licence and shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than SGD 2,000,000 throughout the term of service in Singapore Singapore.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount shall be due upon execution of the Service Agreement, and the remaining 50% shall be payable in equal monthly instalments over the twelve (12) month engagement period.
- All services shall be performed in accordance with the Banking Act (Cap. 19) of Singapore Singapore, the MAS Notices, and the Client's internal compliance policies.
- Confidentiality: The Banker and Meridian Financial Advisory Pte. Ltd. shall treat all Client information as strictly confidential and shall not disclose any proprietary data to third parties without written consent, in accordance with Singapore Singapore data protection legislation (PDPA).
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional Quotation Estimate issued by the undersigned.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Service Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
- This Quotation Estimate does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, return on investment, or regulatory approval. The Banker's role is advisory and transactional in nature.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Banker services in Singapore Singapore. This acceptance shall trigger the preparation of the definitive Service Agreement within five (5) business days.
