3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Thereafter, pricing may be subject to revision based on fluctuations in the GBP/SDG exchange rate as published by the Central Bank of Sudan, changes in import duty structures, or shifts in global hardware procurement costs.
3.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the Grand Total shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. A further 40% shall be payable upon successful delivery and installation of all Banker hardware and software components at the designated Sudan Khartoum sites. The remaining 30% shall be due upon completion of the full training programme and a 30-day post-deployment stability period.
3.3 Delivery Timeline: Full deployment of the Banker infrastructure across all three branches in Sudan Khartoum is estimated at fourteen (14) weeks from the date of contract execution, subject to customs clearance timelines at Port Sudan and availability of specialized personnel.
