This Quotation Estimate document is formally issued by East African Corporate Banking Solutions Ltd. to Mwanza Industrial Holdings PLC for the provision of comprehensive Banker services within the financial district of Tanzania Dar es Salaam. The purpose of this document is to outline the scope of banking advisory, transactional, and relationship management services that our dedicated Banker team will deliver to the client over a twelve-month engagement period. 3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and service inclusions are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
3.2 The designated Banker assigned to this engagement shall be a Chartered Banker with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in corporate and trade banking within the East African financial ecosystem. The Banker shall report directly to the client's Chief Financial Officer on a monthly basis.
3.3 All services shall be performed in accordance with the Banking Act of Tanzania, the regulations issued by the Bank of Tanzania, and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) directives in force in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
3.4 Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 30% upon completion of the first six (6) months of service; and 30% upon successful completion of the full twelve-month engagement period.
3.5 Any additional services beyond the scope defined in Section 2 shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately and shall not be executed without prior written approval from both parties.
3.6 This engagement is governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Tanzania Dar es Salaam in accordance with the Arbitration Act, Cap. 20 of the Laws of Tanzania.
3.7 Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all financial data, transaction records, and strategic banking information exchanged during the course of this engagement.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the provision of Banker services in Tanzania Dar es Salaam. This document, once countersigned, shall constitute a binding service agreement for the duration specified.
