- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all fees and service terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Thailand Bangkok.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total engagement fee is due upon contract execution; the remaining 50% shall be invoiced monthly in arrears. Trade finance fees are payable within five (5) business days of transaction completion.
- The dedicated Banker assigned to your account shall be a licensed professional registered with the Bank of Thailand and shall maintain all requisite professional indemnity insurance throughout the engagement period.
- All services shall be performed in accordance with the Banking Business Act B.E. 2505 (1962), as amended, and all applicable regulations issued by the Bank of Thailand and the Office of the Anti-Money Laundering Committee (AMLC).
- Confidentiality: All financial data, transaction records, and strategic information shared during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent, in compliance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement shall be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of services.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or systemic financial disruptions affecting Thailand Bangkok.
- Dispute resolution shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thailand Bangkok.
