• Corporate treasury optimisation, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity management for operations based in Istanbul.
• Regulatory compliance review in accordance with BDDK directives, Capital Markets Board (SPK) requirements, and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations applicable in Turkey.
• Due diligence support for cross-border banking relationships and correspondent banking arrangements.

Payment for the Banker services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: an initial retainer of 25% of the total estimated cost is due upon execution of the service agreement; the remaining balance shall be invoiced on a monthly basis in arrears, payable within 30 days of invoice date. The following are excluded from this estimate: legal representation before Turkish courts, tax filing services, audit engagements, and any services requiring a separate professional licence not held by the engaged Banker.
