3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any Banker services not procured within this validity window shall be subject to re-evaluation of pricing based on prevailing market conditions in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
3.2 Payment terms for the Banker engagement shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful deployment of the Banker core system in the Tashkent data center, and 30% upon final acceptance and completion of the training program.
3.3 All Banker services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the Banking Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the regulations issued by the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, and applicable data protection statutes governing the Tashkent financial district.
3.4 The Banker solution shall be hosted exclusively within the borders of Uzbekistan, with primary infrastructure located in Tashkent, to ensure full data sovereignty and regulatory compliance. No client banking data shall be transferred outside the territory of Uzbekistan without explicit written authorization.
3.5 Any modifications, additions, or scope changes to the Banker services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties. No verbal agreements regarding the Banker engagement shall be considered binding.
3.6 The Quotation Estimate does not include costs for third-party hardware procurement, telecommunications infrastructure upgrades, or civil works at the Uzbekistan Tashkent premises, unless explicitly stated in a supplementary addendum.
3.7 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Banker service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the Tashkent International Arbitration Center.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately represents the agreed-upon scope, pricing, and terms for the Banker services to be delivered in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
