Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule, denominated in USD and payable via wire transfer to the account designated by Meridian Global Banking Advisory Group, Ltd. All payments are subject to Vietnamese tax withholding as applicable under the Vietnam–relevant tax treaty:

5. Terms and Conditions

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and fees are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Ho Chi Minh City.
2. The Banker engagement is strictly limited to the geographic jurisdiction of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Any services rendered outside this locality shall be subject to a separate Quotation Estimate.
