3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. All costs are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the Biologist's professional fees, field expenses, and local operational costs within Afghanistan Kabul. Payment terms are structured as follows: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the mid-term field assessment (month 6), and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final ecological report.
