Thank you for the opportunity to submit this Quotation Estimate for the professional services of a certified Biologist to be deployed in the region of Argentina Córdoba. Andes BioConsult S.R.L. is pleased to present the following detailed proposal for your review and consideration. This Quotation Estimate has been prepared in accordance with the technical specifications outlined in your public tender and reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality biological and environmental expertise within the province of Córdoba, Argentina.
Our team of licensed Biologists specializes in ecological assessments, biodiversity monitoring, environmental impact studies, and conservation planning. The lead Biologist assigned to this project in Argentina Córdoba holds a Licenciatura en Biología from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, a Master's degree in Environmental Science from the Universidad Nacional de La Plata, and is registered with the Colegio de Biólogos de la Provincia de Córdoba (Matrícula N.º 4521). The Biologist possesses over twelve years of field experience in Argentine ecosystems, with specific expertise in the Cuyano and Pampas biomes that characterize the Córdoba province. All supporting team members are certified professionals in their respective disciplines.
Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision due to inflationary adjustments in Argentina Córdoba.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of fieldwork phases, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final technical report by the Biologist.
- All services will be performed in compliance with Argentine national and provincial environmental legislation, including Ley 25.675 (Evaluación de Impacto Ambiental) and the corresponding regulations of the Provincia de Córdoba.
- The Biologist and all support personnel will carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ARS 50,000,000, valid throughout the project duration in Argentina Córdoba.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional services will be quoted separately as a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- Confidentiality: All data collected by the Biologist during fieldwork in Argentina Córdoba shall remain the exclusive property of the client. No information may be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting fieldwork in the mountainous regions of Córdoba, will be addressed through mutual agreement and may result in schedule adjustments without penalty.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by Andes BioConsult S.R.L.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Córdoba Capital, Argentina, in accordance with the rules of the Cámara de Comercio de Córdoba.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the Biologist services to be rendered in Argentina Córdoba. This document serves as the formal basis for the subsequent service contract.
