• Desktop ecological review and literature search for the Barangaroo South precinct, including identification of listed species, ecological communities, and threatened flora and fauna relevant to the Australia Sydney coastal zone.
• Field surveys including vegetation mapping, fauna transects, and habitat condition assessments across approximately 12 hectares of the development site.
• Preparation of a Biodiversity Impact Assessment (BIA) and Ecological Management Plan (EMP) compliant with NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure guidelines.
• Consultation with Sydney Water, NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service, and the City of Sydney Council regarding ecological offsets and mitigation measures.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Biologist may be subject to revision.
2. Payment terms: 50% deposit upon execution of the Statement of Work; 40% upon delivery of the Biodiversity Impact Assessment; 10% upon completion of the final monitoring report.
3. All invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date. Late payments will attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. The Biologist and Greenfield Biological Consultancy Pty Ltd shall comply with all applicable Australian and New South Wales environmental legislation, including the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 and the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
5. Any variation to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to commencement of the additional work. A supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued for any such variation.
6. All reports, data, and intellectual property produced under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment. The Biologist retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with client consent.
7. This engagement is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Australia Sydney prior to litigation.
8. Greenfield Biological Consultancy Pty Ltd maintains Professional Indemnity Insurance of no less than $10,000,000 AUD and Public Liability Insurance of $20,000,000 AUD, both valid throughout the duration of the Biologist's engagement.

This Quotation Estimate assumes that the development site is accessible to the Biologist and field team without restriction. It does not include costs associated with any remediation, habitat offset acquisition, or construction-phase ecological supervision beyond the twelve-month monitoring period.
