This Quotation Estimate is issued by GreenLeaf Biological Research & Consulting Ltd., a registered scientific consultancy operating out of Bangladesh Dhaka, in response to the formal request for professional Biologist services submitted by the Dhaka Metropolitan Biological Survey Authority. The Biologist engagement outlined in this Quotation Estimate covers a twelve-month contract period commencing on 1 August 2025. All fieldwork, laboratory analysis, data interpretation, and reporting will be conducted in strict compliance with the Bangladesh Environment Conservation Act (1995), the Bangladesh Wildlife (Protection) Act (2012), and the guidelines issued by the Department of Environment, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, headquartered in Bangladesh Dhaka.

Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the six-month midpoint review, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final Biologist-authored comprehensive report.
Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of Biologist services beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional costs will be estimated separately.
Confidentiality: All data, specimens, and findings generated by the Biologist team during the engagement in Bangladesh Dhaka shall remain the exclusive property of the client. GreenLeaf Biological Research & Consulting Ltd. shall not disclose any proprietary information to third parties.
Compliance: The Biologist and all supporting personnel shall adhere to all applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including labor regulations, environmental statutes, and wildlife protection ordinances enforced in Bangladesh Dhaka.
Insurance: The Biologist team will carry comprehensive professional liability insurance and personal accident coverage for the entire duration of fieldwork in and around Bangladesh Dhaka.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2001 of Bangladesh.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable control, particularly those affecting operations in Bangladesh Dhaka.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Biologist team in Bangladesh Dhaka. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the basis for the formal service contract.
