• The Biologist's professional services are subject to the Code of Ethics of the Conselho Federal de Biologia (CFBio) and the Brazilian Civil Code. The Biologist shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all data collected during the engagement in Brazil São Paulo.
• Any additional hours, extra field sites, or scope modifications beyond those described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary quotation approved by both parties in writing.
• The Biologist shall provide a minimum of 48 hours' prior notice for any rescheduling of fieldwork due to adverse weather conditions or regulatory restrictions in the state of São Paulo.
• All deliverables (reports, data sets, photographs, and laboratory results) shall be provided in both Portuguese and English, in digital (PDF and editable) and printed formats, within fifteen (15) business days of fieldwork completion.
