This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Montreal Environmental Sciences Group Inc. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Biologist to deliver ecological assessment and environmental monitoring services within the Canada Montreal metropolitan area. The Biologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a licensed professional biologist registered with the Ordre des biologistes du Québec (OBQ) and shall possess a minimum of ten (10) years of field experience in terrestrial and aquatic ecology. The services are specifically tailored to the unique ecological conditions of Canada Montreal, including the St. Lawrence River watershed, the Mont-Royal urban forest corridor, and the diverse wetland habitats found in the southern islands of the Montreal archipelago.
The Biologist shall perform the following duties as part of this Quotation Estimate:
- Conduct a full terrestrial and aquatic biodiversity survey across a 45-hectare parcel located in the Lachine sector of Canada Montreal, in compliance with the Loi sur les espèces en péril (Canada) and the Loi sur la protection du patrimoine naturel (Quebec).
- Identify, classify, and document all species of flora and fauna present, with particular attention to species listed as threatened or vulnerable in the Canada Montreal region.
- Prepare a comprehensive ecological impact assessment report for the proposed mixed-use development, including mitigation strategies and habitat restoration plans specific to the Canada Montreal ecosystem.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates for the Biologist services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Canada Montreal.
- Payment terms: 40% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon delivery of the preliminary fieldwork report, and 20% upon final acceptance of the completed ecological assessment in Canada Montreal.
- All payments shall be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD) via electronic transfer to the account of Montreal Environmental Sciences Group Inc., a corporation registered in the Province of Quebec, Canada.
- The Biologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $5,000,000 CAD, as required for environmental consulting work in Canada Montreal.
- All data collected by the Biologist during fieldwork in Canada Montreal shall remain the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
