SCOPE OF SERVICES – BIOLOGIST CONSULTATION IN SANTIAGO, CHILEThis Quotation Estimate is issued by BioConsult Chile S.A. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a certified Biologist to conduct ecological field studies, biodiversity assessments, and environmental monitoring activities within the Santiago Metropolitan Region of Chile. The Biologist assigned to this project will hold a professional license issued by the Colegio de Biólogos de Chile and will possess a minimum of ten (10) years of field experience in native Chilean ecosystems, including the Andean foothills, the Maipo River basin, and the urban green corridors of Santiago. All services described in this Quotation Estimate are tailored to comply with the regulations established by the Comisión Ambiental Metropolitana de Santiago (CAM) and the Servicio de Evaluación Ambiental (SEA) of Chile.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS QUOTATION ESTIMATE1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, BioConsult Chile S.A. reserves the right to revise the pricing due to market fluctuations in the Santiago, Chile professional services sector.
2. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 40% upon contract signing, 35% upon completion of fieldwork in Santiago, and 25% upon delivery of the final Biologist report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to BioConsult Chile S.A., Banco de Chile, Cuenta Corriente N° 1234567-8, Santiago.
3. Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of the Biologist services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional fieldwork in areas outside the Santiago Metropolitan Region will be quoted separately.
4. Regulatory Compliance: The Biologist team guarantees full compliance with Chilean environmental legislation, including the Ley General del Medio Ambiente (Ley 19.300) and all applicable regulations of the SEA and CAM Santiago. All permits required for fieldwork in protected areas of Santiago will be obtained prior to commencement.
5. Confidentiality: All data collected by the Biologist during this engagement in Santiago, Chile, shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the client.
6. Liability: BioConsult Chile S.A. shall not be held liable for delays caused by adverse weather conditions in the Santiago region, government regulatory hold-ups, or force majeure events as defined under Chilean civil law.
7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Santiago, Región Metropolitana.
