- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of all pricing terms.
- Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of the six-month milestone, and 30% upon final project delivery and acceptance in China Shanghai.
- All payments shall be made in Chinese Yuan (CNY) via bank transfer to the designated account of Shanghai BioScience Consulting Group Co., Ltd., registered in Pudong New Area, Shanghai.
- The Biologist assigned to this engagement shall comply with all applicable Chinese labor laws, data protection regulations (including the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China), and institutional biosafety guidelines.
- Any scope modifications or additional services beyond those listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
- Confidentiality: All data, samples, and intellectual property generated during the engagement in China Shanghai shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Biologist and all supporting personnel shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting the Shanghai region, shall suspend obligations proportionally without penalty to either party.
