This Quotation Estimate is issued by Nile Scientific Consulting & Research Services to formally propose the engagement of a qualified Biologist for the Nile Delta Biodiversity Assessment Programme. The proposed Biologist will be deployed to conduct field research, laboratory analysis, and ecological monitoring across designated sites in and around Egypt Cairo and the surrounding Nile Delta region. The scope encompasses taxonomic identification, population surveys, water quality biological assessment, and the preparation of comprehensive scientific reports in accordance with Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency (EEAA) regulatory standards.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Egypt Cairo.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of fieldwork and laboratory phases, and 20% upon delivery of the final Biologist-compiled scientific report.
- All payments shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to Nile Scientific Consulting & Research Services, National Bank of Egypt, Cairo Branch, Account No. 0044-7712-8890.
- The Biologist assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Biology, Ecology, or a related discipline from an accredited Egyptian or internationally recognized university, with a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification field experience.
- All fieldwork conducted in and around Egypt Cairo shall comply with the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency (EEAA) permits, the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation regulations, and applicable local municipal bylaws.
- Intellectual property and data generated by the Biologist during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and Nile Scientific Consulting, as stipulated in the separate Service Agreement to be executed upon acceptance.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, extreme weather conditions affecting the Nile Delta, or public health emergencies in Egypt Cairo, shall suspend project timelines without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties before any work commences.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Centre, Cairo.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the engagement of the proposed Biologist services in Egypt Cairo.
