Scope of Work – Biologist Services in Germany FrankfurtThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Frankfurt BioConsult GmbH to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Biologist and supporting scientific team to conduct an ecological impact assessment along the Main River corridor in Germany Frankfurt. The Biologist will be responsible for designing the field methodology, supervising all sampling activities, performing taxonomic identification of aquatic and riparian species, and delivering a final scientific report in accordance with the German Federal Water Act (Wasserhaushaltsgesetz – WHG) and the EU Water Framework Directive (2000/60/EC). All fieldwork and laboratory analyses will be conducted within the administrative boundaries of Germany Frankfurt and the surrounding Main River Basin District.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After 14 September 2025, all rates and conditions are subject to revision.
- All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) and include 19% German Value Added Tax (Mehrwertsteuer) as applicable in Germany Frankfurt.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of fieldwork; 30% upon delivery of the final Biologist report.
- The Biologist and all supporting personnel shall comply with all applicable German environmental regulations, occupational health and safety standards (DGUV), and local Frankfurt municipal permits for river access.
- Any additional scope beyond the described services in Germany Frankfurt will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued prior to commencement of the additional work.
- Intellectual property of all data, reports, and findings generated by the Biologist team shall transfer to the Client upon full payment.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties via signed purchase order or contract agreement.
