The lead Biologist assigned to this project, Dr. Markus Steiner, holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Ecological Sciences from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and possesses over fourteen years of professional experience in environmental biology and conservation planning. He is a registered member of the German Society for Ecology (GfO) and the Bavarian Association of Environmental Consultants. All supporting field biologists on this team hold at minimum a Master of Science degree in Biology, Ecology, or a closely related natural science discipline, and are fully qualified to conduct assessments under the regulatory standards enforced in Germany Munich and throughout the European Union.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing by BioConsult Munich GmbH.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of 30% of the total amount (EUR 13,708.80) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 70% shall be invoiced in two equal installments: 50% upon completion of fieldwork and 50% upon delivery of the final EIA report.
- Payment Method: All payments are to be made via bank transfer (SEPA) to the account of BioConsult Munich GmbH, IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, BIC: COBADEFFXXX, within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
- Liability: BioConsult Munich GmbH shall not be held liable for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, regulatory hold-ups by the Munich municipal authorities, or force majeure events. The Biologist team will notify the client in writing within 48 hours of any such occurrence.
- Confidentiality: All data collected during the ecological survey in Germany Munich shall be treated as strictly confidential. No information regarding species locations, habitat data, or project specifics shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the client, in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all reports, datasets, and photographic documentation produced by the Biologist team shall become the exclusive property of the client. BioConsult Munich GmbH retains the right to reference the project in anonymized professional portfolios.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contractual relationship shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Bavaria.
- Regulatory Compliance: All fieldwork shall be conducted in strict compliance with the Bavarian Nature Conservation Act (BayNatSchG), the Federal Nature Conservation Act (BNatSchG), and applicable EU habitat and bird protection directives. Permits required for access to protected areas within Munich will be obtained by BioConsult Munich GmbH at no additional cost to the client.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein for the engagement of the Biologist services described above in Germany Munich. This signature constitutes a binding acceptance and authorizes BioConsult Munich GmbH to commence the project upon receipt of the initial deposit.
