This Quotation Estimate is issued by Accra Scientific & Environmental Consulting Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemized financial breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Biologist to deliver specialized ecological assessment, biodiversity survey, and environmental impact analysis services within the Greater Accra Region of Ghana Accra. The contracted Biologist shall possess a minimum of a Master's degree in Biology, Ecology, or a closely related discipline, with at least five (5) years of post-qualification experience in field-based biological research. The Biologist will be based in Ghana Accra and will carry out the following duties:
- Conduct comprehensive terrestrial and aquatic biodiversity surveys across the coastal wetlands, forest reserves, and urban green spaces within the Ghana Accra metropolitan area.
- Perform species identification, population density estimation, and habitat condition assessments in accordance with the standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of Ghana.
- Prepare detailed ecological impact reports for proposed infrastructure development projects in Ghana Accra, including mitigation strategies and conservation recommendations.
- Provide expert testimony and technical advisory support to the client's project management team on matters relating to biological diversity, ecosystem health, and environmental compliance.
- Supervise and mentor junior field assistants and laboratory technicians during sampling campaigns conducted in and around Ghana Accra.
- Deliver a final consolidated Biologist report containing all findings, data analyses, photographs, GPS coordinates, and actionable recommendations within thirty (30) days of project completion.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) installments as follows:
- 50% (GHS 121,287.63) – Due upon signing of the service agreement and mobilization of the Biologist to Ghana Accra.
- 30% (GHS 72,772.58) – Due upon submission of the interim progress report after Week 6 of fieldwork.
- 20% (GHS 48,515.04) – Due upon delivery and acceptance of the final Biologist report and all supporting data sets.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Accra Scientific & Environmental Consulting Ltd. at Ecobank Ghana, Accra Main Branch, Account No. 0012-3456-7890. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Ghanaian commercial law.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices are subject to revision due to fluctuations in the Ghanaian Cedi exchange rate and changes in operational costs in Ghana Accra.
5.2 The Biologist engaged under this quotation shall be fully insured for personal accident and professional liability throughout the duration of the assignment in Ghana Accra. Insurance costs are included in the itemized breakdown above.
5.3 The client agrees to provide safe access to all survey sites, necessary local community introductions, and any additional logistical support reasonably required by the Biologist to carry out duties in Ghana Accra.
5.4 All data, reports, and intellectual property generated by the Biologist under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment. The Biologist retains the right to use anonymized data for academic publication with prior written consent from the client.
5.5 Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. If mediation fails, the matter shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Accra.
5.6 The project timeline is estimated at twelve (12) weeks from the date of commencement. Delays caused by adverse weather conditions, regulatory hold-ups, or force majeure events in Ghana Accra shall extend the timeline proportionally without additional cost to the client.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The engagement of the Biologist in Ghana Accra is contingent upon the client's written acceptance of all terms outlined herein.
