1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate is issued by GreenLeaf Biological Sciences Pvt. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, a revised Quotation Estimate shall be issued reflecting any applicable changes in rates, tax structures, or regulatory requirements in India Bangalore.
- The Biologist engaged under this estimate shall be a full-time, dedicated professional reporting directly to the client's R&D head. The Biologist shall adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ethical guidelines prescribed by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and the National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI).
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the first six months of the Biologist's engagement, and the remaining 30% upon successful delivery of the final comprehensive biological assessment report.
