• Final Settlement (10%): ₹ 8,50,780 – payable within 30 days of project completion and handover of all final deliverables, including the comprehensive Biologist research dossier.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect changes in market conditions, regulatory fees, or currency fluctuations applicable in India Mumbai.
• The Biologist and all supporting personnel shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all data, samples, and findings generated during the engagement in India Mumbai.
