This document outlines the detailed cost breakdown, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms associated with the proposed Biologist engagement. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate is expressed in Indian Rupees (INR) and is inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate of 18% as mandated by the Government of India.
The Biologist to be deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Biological Sciences, Ecology, or Environmental Biology from a recognized Indian university, along with a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in field ecology and environmental monitoring. The Biologist will be stationed at the client's premises in New Delhi, India, and will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Conduct quarterly biodiversity surveys across designated study sites in the Yamuna river basin, Aravalli foothills, and urban green corridors of New Delhi.
- Perform water quality biological assessments using macroinvertebrate indices and algal community analysis at a minimum of twelve (12) monitoring stations.
- Prepare detailed species identification reports, population density estimates, and habitat condition assessments for flora and fauna within the study area.
- Coordinate with the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) and submit compliance documentation as required under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986.
- Deliver a comprehensive annual Biologist report including statistical analysis, GIS-mapped distribution data, and actionable recommendations for ecological restoration.
- Provide on-site supervision and training to junior field assistants recruited by the client organization.

- 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
- 40% payable upon completion of the first six (6) months of Biologist engagement and submission of interim reports.
- 30% final payment upon delivery of the comprehensive annual report and successful handover of all data sets.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in market conditions, statutory tax rates, or operational costs in India, New Delhi.
- The Biologist assigned to this project shall be subject to a background verification and clearance process as per the client's internal security protocols. The client reserves the right to request a replacement Biologist with equivalent qualifications upon reasonable notice.
- All intellectual property, data, and reports generated during the engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full and final payment.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or public health emergencies affecting New Delhi, India, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without additional cost to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration being New Delhi, India.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties in writing.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms acceptance of the proposed Biologist engagement terms, scope, and pricing for services to be rendered in India, New Delhi.
