- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may result in revised pricing for the Biologist engagement due to market fluctuations in Indonesia Jakarta.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of all fieldwork in Indonesia Jakarta, and 20% upon delivery of the final Biologist scientific report.
- The Biologist assigned to this project holds a minimum of a Master's degree in Biology or Ecology from an accredited Indonesian university and possesses at least eight (8) years of professional field experience in Indonesia Jakarta and surrounding regions.
- All work performed by the Biologist shall comply with Indonesian environmental laws, including UU No. 32 Tahun 2009 on Environmental Protection and KLHK Ministerial Regulations on biodiversity research permits.
- The Quotation Estimate includes all standard Biologist field equipment. Specialised laboratory services (e.g., next-generation sequencing) not listed herein will be quoted separately as a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe flooding in Indonesia Jakarta, volcanic activity, or government-mandated lockdowns, shall extend the project timeline without additional cost to the client.
- Intellectual property of all data, species records, and reports produced by the Biologist under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Biologist retains the right to publish anonymised findings in peer-reviewed journals with prior written consent.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Indonesia Jakarta in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
