Marine and Coastal Ecology Assessment: Conducting biodiversity surveys along the Tel Aviv coastline, including species identification, population density analysis, and habitat condition reporting in compliance with the Israel Nature and Parks Authority (INPA) regulations.
Laboratory Analysis and Reporting: Performing molecular biology assays, water quality testing, and soil microbiome profiling at our accredited laboratory located in the Tel Aviv Innovation District.
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Support: Providing biological component analysis for construction and development projects within the Tel Aviv-Yafo municipality, ensuring alignment with Israeli environmental legislation.
Academic Research Collaboration: Assisting with peer-reviewed research projects, data collection, statistical analysis, and manuscript preparation in partnership with the client's academic team.

The Biologist engagement under this Quotation Estimate is scheduled to commence on 1 August 2025 and is projected for completion by 31 October 2025. All fieldwork activities in Israel Tel Aviv will be coordinated with the client's project manager on a weekly basis. Milestone deliverables will be submitted bi-weekly for review and approval.

5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Israel Tel Aviv.

5.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three installments: 40% upon contract signing, 35% upon completion of mid-project deliverables, and 25% upon final acceptance of the completed report. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice receipt.

5.3 Cancellation: Should the client wish to cancel this engagement, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total Quotation Estimate value shall apply if cancellation occurs after the Biologist has commenced fieldwork or laboratory activities.

5.4 Intellectual Property: All data, reports, and findings generated under this engagement shall remain the property of the client, subject to the Biologist's right to use anonymized data for academic publication with prior written consent.

5.5 Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Tel Aviv under the rules of the Israel Arbitration Association.

5.6 Insurance: MedBio Sciences Ltd. maintains full professional liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all Biologist personnel operating in Israel Tel Aviv and its surrounding districts.

Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for permits issued by the Israel Nature and Parks Authority or the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality. Such permits, if required for specific fieldwork locations, will be billed at actual cost with a 10% administrative surcharge. The client is advised to initiate the permit application process concurrently with contract execution to avoid project delays.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, scope, and financial obligations outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Biologist in Israel Tel Aviv. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding service agreement.
