- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Biologist reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in laboratory costs, travel expenses within Italy Naples, or changes in applicable Italian regulatory requirements.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon delivery of the Environmental Impact Biological Report, and 20% upon final acceptance of all deliverables by the client in Naples.
- All work performed by the Biologist shall comply with the professional code of ethics established by the Ordine Nazionale dei Biologi and the specific environmental regulations governing the Campania region of Italy.
