- This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal and does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties.
- Payment terms: 40% upon contract execution, 40% upon delivery of the interim Biologist fieldwork report, and 20% upon final acceptance of all deliverables in Japan Kyoto.
- The Biologist and all supporting personnel shall comply with all applicable Japanese environmental regulations, local Kyoto municipal ordinances, and national park access protocols.
- Intellectual property rights for all data, reports, and models produced under this engagement shall vest in the Client upon full payment, as stipulated in the master service agreement.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, or government-mandated closures in Japan Kyoto, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate supersedes all prior verbal or written estimates. Any modifications must be documented in a written amendment signed by both parties.
