This Quotation Estimate is issued by Steppe BioConsult LLP to formally present the scope, schedule, and associated costs for the engagement of a qualified Biologist to conduct comprehensive ecological and biodiversity assessments in the Kazakhstan Almaty metropolitan region. This document serves as a binding financial proposal and outlines all deliverables, timelines, and payment structures agreed upon between the service provider and the requesting authority in Kazakhstan Almaty.
The Biologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables within the boundaries of Kazakhstan Almaty and its surrounding ecological zones:

* All prices are exclusive of Kazakhstan Value Added Tax (VAT) at 12%, which shall be added at the point of invoicing. The final amount payable in Kazakhstan Almaty shall reflect applicable local tax obligations.
Payment Schedule: This Quotation Estimate is structured in three installments: 40% upon contract signing, 35% upon completion of fieldwork in Kazakhstan Almaty, and 25% upon delivery and acceptance of the final Biologist report.
Payment Method: Bank transfer to the Steppe BioConsult LLP account at Kaspi Bank, Almaty, Kazakhstan. IBAN and SWIFT details shall be provided in the formal contract annex.
Payment Currency: All transactions under this Quotation Estimate shall be settled in USD. In the event of currency fluctuation, the Kazakhstan Almaty local equivalent shall be calculated at the National Bank of Kazakhstan's official exchange rate on the date of invoicing.
6.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Biologist rates and scope may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Kazakhstan Almaty.
6.2. The Biologist and all supporting personnel shall comply with all applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Law on Environmental Protection, the Law on Biological Diversity, and local Almaty municipal regulations.
6.3. All data, samples, and reports generated under this engagement shall remain the intellectual property of the Kazakhstan Almaty Regional Environmental Authority upon full payment.
6.4. Steppe BioConsult LLP shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 500,000 for the duration of the Biologist engagement in Kazakhstan Almaty.
6.5. Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties. The Quotation Estimate total shall be adjusted accordingly.
6.6. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in accordance with the rules of the Almaty International Arbitration Center.
