The Biologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services across the Kenya Nairobi area, including but not limited to the Nairobi National Park buffer zones, the Athi River corridor, the Diani River watershed, and the urban green spaces of Kenya Nairobi:
- Conducting baseline biodiversity surveys and species inventories across terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems in Kenya Nairobi.
- Performing Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs) in compliance with the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) regulations applicable to Kenya Nairobi.
- Designing and implementing long-term ecological monitoring programmes for flora, fauna, and microbial communities within the Kenya Nairobi region.
- Providing expert biological consultancy on habitat restoration, invasive species management, and conservation planning specific to the Kenya Nairobi ecosystem.

This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment structure for the Biologist engagement in Kenya Nairobi:
- 30% Advance Payment (KES 1,496,400): Due upon signing of the service agreement and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% Progress Payment (KES 1,995,200): Due upon completion of fieldwork and submission of the interim biological assessment report for Kenya Nairobi.
- 30% Final Payment (KES 1,496,400): Due upon delivery of the final comprehensive report, all data sets, and formal project closure in Kenya Nairobi.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of GreenSavanna Biological Consulting Ltd. at Equity Bank, Nairobi Branch, Kenya Nairobi. Invoices will be issued in accordance with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) tax invoice requirements.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
- The Biologist and support team shall comply with all applicable Kenyan laws, including the Environmental Management and Coordination Act (EMCA) 1999 (as amended), the Wildlife Conservation and Management Act, and all NEMA regulations governing biological fieldwork in Kenya Nairobi.
- All data, reports, and intellectual property generated under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment, subject to the Biologist's right to use anonymised data for academic publication.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional fieldwork locations beyond the defined Kenya Nairobi boundaries, or extended timelines must be agreed upon in writing and will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, political instability, or public health emergencies affecting Kenya Nairobi, may result in schedule adjustments without penalty to either party.
