2. Scope of Biologist ServicesThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Gulf BioSciences Consultancy LLC to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a qualified Biologist for the client's operations located in Kuwait, Kuwait City. The scope of work encompasses the following biological consulting, laboratory analysis, environmental assessment, and field research activities as detailed below. All services will be conducted in strict compliance with the regulations set forth by the Kuwait Environment Public Authority (KEPA) and the Ministry of Health of Kuwait.
The assigned Biologist holds a Doctorate in Biological Sciences from an internationally accredited institution, possesses over twelve years of professional experience in the Gulf region, and is fully licensed to practice biological consulting within the State of Kuwait. The Biologist will be stationed at the client's premises in Kuwait City during the contracted period and will report directly to the client's project management team.

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the pricing for the Biologist services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Kuwait.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments of KWD 5,495.00 (inclusive of VAT), due within fifteen (15) days of each monthly invoice. A 20% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to mobilize the Biologist in Kuwait City.
- Service Commencement: The Biologist will commence all services within seven (7) working days of receiving the signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and the advance payment.
- Scope Changes: Any additional biological services requested by the client beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost estimate.
- Compliance: The Biologist and all associated personnel shall adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and environmental standards of the State of Kuwait, including those enforced by KEPA, the Ministry of Health, and the Public Authority for Manpower.
- Confidentiality: All data, samples, and reports generated by the Biologist during the engagement in Kuwait City shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Biologist is bound by a non-disclosure agreement for a period of three (3) years post-contract.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies in Kuwait.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Biologist services in Kuwait, Kuwait City and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This document constitutes a formal offer and, upon countersignature, becomes a binding service agreement between the parties.
