6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. The terms herein are indicative and subject to the final contractual documentation.
7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to monsoon-related flooding in the Klang Valley, government-imposed movement restrictions, or natural disasters affecting Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
