- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Mexico, Mexico City.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments of 1/12th of the total amount, due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice issuance. A 10% advance payment is required upon contract signing to mobilize the Biologist team.
- Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of the Biologist's services, additional site visits in Mexico City, or extended monitoring periods will require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
