The Biologist engagement in Morocco Casablanca is estimated to span a total of eight (8) weeks from the date of contract signing. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided as an annex to the final contract. All fieldwork will be coordinated with the client's project manager and the relevant Moroccan environmental authorities to ensure minimal disruption and full regulatory compliance.

5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be subject to revision due to market conditions, currency fluctuations, or changes in regulatory requirements in Morocco Casablanca.

5.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable advance payment of 40% is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be payable in two equal installments: 30% upon completion of fieldwork and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final technical report.

5.3 Currency: All amounts in this Quotation Estimate are expressed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). International payments, if applicable, will be converted at the Bank Al-Maghrib (BAM) reference rate on the date of invoicing.

5.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Morocco Casablanca.

5.7 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved amicably. Failing mutual agreement, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
