- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the Biologist team are subject to re-evaluation.
- All Biologist services will be performed in strict accordance with the professional code of conduct of the Dutch Society for Ecology and Nature Conservation (NVE) and the relevant standards of the Royal Netherlands Institute of Ecologists (KNE).
- The Biologist engagement is limited to the geographical area of Netherlands Amsterdam and its immediate surroundings as defined in the project brief. Any work outside this area will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of the fieldwork phase; 30% upon delivery of the final Biologist report and regulatory approval. All invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt.
- The Biologist shall maintain full professional liability insurance (€5,000,000) and environmental liability coverage as required for operations in Netherlands Amsterdam.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed in writing and will be reflected in a revised Quotation Estimate prior to execution.
- All data collected by the Biologist during surveys in Netherlands Amsterdam shall remain the intellectual property of the client, subject to the Biologist's right to use anonymized data for scientific publication.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Biologist services to be delivered in Netherlands Amsterdam. The Biologist engagement shall commence on the start date specified in the project schedule, and all terms outlined in this document shall apply in full.
