All amounts are stated in Nigerian Naira (NGN). The total Quotation Estimate of NGN 23,891,875 (Twenty-Three Million Eight Hundred and Ninety-One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy-Five Naira) is inclusive of all Biologist professional fees, equipment, laboratory costs, logistics, and statutory charges for the Nigeria Abuja engagement.
4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for the Biologist services in Nigeria Abuja are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions and exchange rate fluctuations.
4.2 Payment Terms: A mobilization advance of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate shall be paid within seven (7) working days of contract execution. A further 40% shall be due upon submission of the draft Biologist report. The remaining 20% balance shall be payable within fourteen (14) days of final report acceptance by the Federal Ministry of Environment, Abuja.
4.3 Commencement: The Biologist fieldwork in Nigeria Abuja shall commence within ten (10) working days of receipt of the full mobilization advance and written commencement notice from the client.
4.4 Intellectual Property: All data, reports, and deliverables produced by the Biologist under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. Savanna BioConsult Ltd retains the right to reference the Nigeria Abuja project in professional portfolios with client consent.
4.5 Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the client after commencement, the Biologist professional fees for days already worked, plus 15% of the remaining Quotation Estimate value, shall be non-refundable.
4.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated lockdowns, severe weather events affecting fieldwork in Nigeria Abuja, or civil disturbances.
4.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard access to all designated field sites within Nigeria Abuja. Should any site require special security clearance, additional permits from the Federal Capital Territory Administration, or access to restricted military or diplomatic zones, supplementary charges may apply and will be communicated in writing prior to incurring any additional cost.
