Professional Qualifications of the Biologist

The Biologist assigned to this project holds a Master's degree in Environmental Biology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, with over twelve years of professional experience conducting ecological assessments in the Peru Lima region. The Biologist is registered with the Colegio de Biólogos del Perú (Registration No. CB-2013-4478) and possesses specialized certifications in biodiversity monitoring, environmental impact assessment, and conservation biology. All fieldwork and laboratory analyses will be conducted in strict compliance with Peruvian environmental legislation, including D.S. N° 019-2009-MINAM and its regulatory framework applicable to projects in Peru Lima.

Project Timeline

The total estimated duration for the completion of all services outlined in this Quotation Estimate is fourteen (14) calendar weeks from the date of contract signing. The initial fieldwork phase in the Peru Lima coastal zone is scheduled to commence within ten (10) business days of approval. The Biologist will submit interim progress reports bi-weekly to the client's project manager. Final deliverables, including the complete EIA biological component and all supporting documentation, will be submitted no later than the end of week fourteen.

Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Peru Lima.
Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon contract execution; 35% upon completion of fieldwork and laboratory analysis; 25% upon delivery and acceptance of the final report by the client in Peru Lima.
Payment Method: Bank transfer to BioConsult Lima S.A.C., BCP Account No. 191-18745632-05, Lima, Peru. All invoices will be issued in Peruvian Soles (PEN).
Scope Changes: Any modifications to the scope of work requested by the client will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by our office in Peru Lima. No additional work will commence without written approval.
Confidentiality: The Biologist and all supporting staff are bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement. All biological data, species records, and ecological findings pertaining to the Peru Lima project site shall remain the exclusive property of the client.
Regulatory Compliance: All services will be performed in accordance with Peruvian environmental regulations. The Biologist assumes responsibility for the scientific accuracy of all biological assessments and recommendations provided.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government mandates, or other events beyond reasonable control, particularly those affecting operations in Peru Lima.
Warranty: BioConsult Lima S.A.C. guarantees the technical accuracy of the biological assessments for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final report delivery. Any corrections required within this period will be provided at no additional cost.

Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Biologist and associated services in Peru Lima. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding agreement for the services described.
