• Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 40% upon contract signing, 35% upon completion of fieldwork and laboratory analysis, and 25% upon final delivery and acceptance of the EIS report. • Biologist Qualifications: The assigned Biologist shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Biology, Ecology, or Environmental Science from a recognized Philippine university, possess a valid PRC license, and have a minimum of eight (8) years of documented experience in environmental impact assessments within the Philippines Manila region.
• Regulatory Compliance: All Biologist services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall strictly adhere to Republic Act 7160 (Local Government Code), DENR Administrative Orders, and the National Environmental Management System (NEMS) of the Philippines.
• Confidentiality: All data, samples, and findings generated during the engagement shall be treated as confidential property of GreenHarbor Development Corporation. The Biologist and all supporting personnel shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work in the Philippines Manila project site.
• Revisions: Two (2) rounds of revisions to the final EIS report are included in this Quotation Estimate. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed deliverables shall be subject to a separate supplementary quotation.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by typhoons, flooding, government-mandated closures, or other events beyond reasonable control, which are common occurrences in the Philippines Manila climate and regulatory environment.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the Philippine Arbitration Commission in accordance with the Philippine Arbitration Law (RA 8762).
