The following terms govern this Quotation Estimate for Biologist services in Russia Moscow:
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices are subject to revision based on current market rates in Russia Moscow.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of fieldwork; 20% upon delivery and acceptance of the final Biologist report. All payments shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the account of Arctic BioSciences Consulting LLC.
- Delivery Schedule: The Biologist engagement shall commence within ten (10) business days of contract signing and shall be completed within a maximum of twelve (12) weeks, subject to weather conditions and seasonal biological availability in the Moscow region.
- Intellectual Property: All data, samples, and reports produced by the Biologist under this Quotation Estimate shall become the property of Moscow State University upon full payment. Arctic BioSciences Consulting LLC retains the right to anonymized data for internal quality records.
- Regulatory Compliance: The Biologist shall comply with all applicable federal and municipal regulations in Russia Moscow, including but not limited to the Federal Law on Environmental Protection (No. 7-FZ), the Water Code of the Russian Federation, and local Moscow Oblast permits for biological fieldwork.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Russia Moscow.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through negotiation, and failing that, through arbitration in Moscow in accordance with the rules of the Moscow Arbitration Court.
