- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- Payment Terms: A mobilization advance of 30% is due upon contract execution. The remaining 70% shall be paid in two equal installments: 50% upon submission of the interim EIA report and 50% upon final acceptance of the completed deliverables by the Saudi Arabia Jeddah municipal authority.
- Biologist Availability: The assigned Biologist shall be available for a minimum of 220 working days per annum. Any substitution of the primary Biologist requires prior written approval from the client and must be matched in qualifications and experience.
- Regulatory Compliance: All fieldwork and reporting shall strictly adhere to the Saudi Environmental Law, SEWERA guidelines, and the National Center for Wildlife (NCW) protocols applicable within Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- Intellectual Property: All data, reports, and findings generated under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Biologist and consulting firm retain the right to use anonymized data for academic publication with prior client consent.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather events affecting the Red Sea coastline of Jeddah, government-mandated work stoppages, or public health emergencies within Saudi Arabia.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with Saudi commercial law.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project data, site locations, and sensitive ecological information pertaining to Saudi Arabia Jeddah for a period of five (5) years following project completion.
