This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Najd Biological Sciences Co., Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemized financial proposal for the engagement of a qualified Biologist to deliver specialized biological consulting, field research, and laboratory analysis services within Saudi Arabia Riyadh. This document serves as the formal Quotation Estimate for all parties involved and outlines the full scope of work, associated costs, timelines, and contractual terms governing the Biologist engagement. All pricing presented in this Quotation Estimate is exclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate in Saudi Arabia unless otherwise stated.
The Biologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables, all executed in compliance with the regulations of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA), and all applicable environmental and biological safety standards in Saudi Arabia:
- Ecological Field Surveys: The Biologist shall conduct comprehensive terrestrial and aquatic ecological assessments across designated sites in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, including biodiversity inventories, habitat mapping, and species identification in accordance with Saudi Arabian environmental legislation.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 40% upon contract execution and commencement of the Biologist engagement, 35% upon delivery of the mid-term progress report (end of Month 3), and 25% upon final acceptance of the comprehensive technical report and completion of all deliverables. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyal (SAR) via bank transfer to the account designated by Al-Najd Biological Sciences Co., Ltd. in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Invoices shall be issued within five (5) business days of each milestone.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
- The Biologist and all supporting personnel shall comply with all labor laws, visa regulations, and professional licensing requirements of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Saudi Council of Engineers and relevant biological sciences regulatory bodies.
- All data, samples, and reports generated under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client, subject to the Biologist's right to use anonymized data for academic publication with prior written consent.
- Any change in scope, additional field sites, or extended duration beyond the terms specified in this Quotation Estimate shall require a formal Change Order signed by both parties before work proceeds.
- The Biologist shall maintain full professional liability insurance and environmental compliance insurance throughout the engagement period in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
