The Biologist will be based in Senegal Dakar and will operate across the coastal mangrove zones, the Lac Rose wetlands, the Niayes agricultural belt, and the urban green corridors of the Dakar peninsula. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices listed herein are subject to revision due to currency fluctuation between the XOF and USD, as well as changes in local labor costs in Senegal Dakar.
- Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the mid-term fieldwork phase, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of the Biologist's comprehensive technical report.
- The Biologist shall adhere to all environmental protection laws of the Republic of Senegal, including Decree No. 2004-1083 on environmental impact assessments and the national biodiversity strategy framework.
- All data collected by the Biologist during fieldwork in Senegal Dakar and its surrounding regions shall remain the exclusive property of the contracting authority. The Biologist shall not publish, share, or disseminate any findings without prior written consent.
- Any scope modification requested by the client after the acceptance of this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued within five (5) business days.
- Disputes arising from the execution of services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in Senegal Dakar, and failing that, through the competent courts of Dakar, Senegal.
- The Biologist is required to maintain a minimum of 40 hours per week of dedicated service in Senegal Dakar, with fieldwork days extending beyond standard office hours as dictated by ecological sampling requirements.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes SEBR-Consulting to proceed with the engagement of the Biologist for the services described herein, to be executed in and around Senegal Dakar under the terms and conditions stated above.
