1. Scope of Services — Biologist Engagement
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Biological Consulting Pte. Ltd. to provide a comprehensive breakdown of costs for the engagement of a qualified Biologist to conduct marine biodiversity assessments across designated coastal zones within Singapore Singapore. The Biologist will be responsible for species identification, ecological sampling, habitat mapping, and the preparation of detailed scientific reports in accordance with the standards set by the National Environment Agency of Singapore Singapore. All fieldwork and laboratory analysis will be conducted within the jurisdiction of Singapore Singapore, ensuring full compliance with local environmental regulations and research permits.

3. Payment Terms
This Quotation Estimate stipulates that payment shall be made in three (3) equal instalments: 30% upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of the six-month interim report, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final Biologist report. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of Meridian Biological Consulting Pte. Ltd., Singapore Singapore, within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice issuance. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as per Singapore Singapore commercial practice.
4. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Singapore Singapore.
- The Biologist and all supporting personnel shall adhere to the Code of Conduct for Scientific Research in Singapore Singapore and maintain full professional liability insurance.
- All data, specimens, and reports generated under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the client, National Environmental Research Institute, Singapore Singapore.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written variation order signed by both parties before additional costs are incurred.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties in Singapore Singapore.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation under the Singapore Singapore Mediation Centre before any litigation is pursued.
- The Biologist shall comply with all applicable legislation including the Environmental Protection and Management Act and the Wildlife Act of Singapore Singapore.
5. Acceptance
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of Biologist services in Singapore Singapore. This acceptance does not constitute a final contract but serves as a formal expression of intent to proceed with the proposed scope of work.
